Ball Toss Room
- Hold ball with both hands starting with your back against one end of the room
- Step forward with one foot and touch ball down to ground in front of you
- Step back - and repeat with other leg
Beginner: 10 times
Intermediate: 20 times
Advanced: 30 times
Touch-Downs help develop coordination and agility, in addition to leg strength and endurance.
