Pull Up Rings
- Grab a ring in each hand
- Pull yourself up as high as you can
- Hold yourself up for the number of seconds shown below
- Then bring your feet back down to the ground
Beginner: 5 seconds
Intermediate: 15 seconds
Advanced: 30 seconds
