Warranty
This warranty policy is for installed playgrounds supplied by SPI.
It is the goal of SPI to provide for our customers the finest indoor playground systems available. Our extensive knowledge of the industry is your assurance that the product and service that you receive will be innovative and creative. Our installation teams are well trained to know and understand the materials and procedures used within your system and will provide professional service in a timely manner.
The materials used in your playground have been selected to be the finest materials that are available within the industry. There is a ten (10) year warranty on the supply of replacement product, with the following exceptions listed below:
- Post padding, netting, vinyl products, foam products - 30 days
- SofSURFACES flooring - 6 months
- Webcrawls - 6 months
- KidsCube™ Play Events - 1 year
Note: Warranty does not cover fading or dirt and grime on safety flooring. As well as, damage due to vandalism. Examples of vandalism would include scratching of windows or Plexiglas fence, damage by sharp objects to post pad, netting and vinyl products. Barrier netting is not to be climbed on as stretching of netting could occur. Proper cleaning chemicals and procedures must be implemented to maintain warranty. If the play equipment is or has been altered without the permission of SPI the entire warranty is null and void.
